Custom and Made to Order Products

Most products supplied by AuraKriya Decor are custom made to order based on measurements, fabric selection, and design approvals provided by the client.

Once production has commenced, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not permitted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the studio.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are communicated through quotations or discussions prior to confirmation of an order. Prices may vary depending on fabric selection, design complexity, site conditions, and installation requirements.

Advance payments may be required to initiate work. Full or balance payments must be completed as agreed before delivery or installation unless otherwise specified in writing.

Measurements and Site Conditions

While AuraKriya Decor takes reasonable care in measurements and recommendations, final outcomes may vary due to structural conditions, wall alignments, lighting, and site limitations.

The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness and access at the agreed time of installation. Delays caused due to site unavailability may result in rescheduling.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on production schedules, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Installation dates are coordinated subject to site readiness and availability.

AuraKriya Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third party logistics providers or force majeure events.

Warranty and Liability

The studio offers limited assurance on stitching quality and installation workmanship for a defined period, as communicated during consultation or in quotation documents.

Normal wear and tear, fabric ageing, misuse, incorrect cleaning methods, or damage caused after installation are not covered under warranty.

Intellectual Property
